Just updating a little while waiting for my sister to buy back food for me. *stomach growls* Hmm, I've uploaded these pictures last August but didn't have the time to blog about it. Didn't want to waste my energy and patience for uploading them, so must as well share with you! :D
So just two months before my PMR, parents and I decided to bring grandpa up to Penang. :) Sisters didn't follow. So it was freedom and also boredom for me at the same time. =.= Anyway, it wasn't very often when my parents go out with me and grandpa alone, it was something rather unusual. *still waiting for my food*
On the Penang bridge.
The hotel we stayed for 3 days 2 nights.
On the second day, we went to the Botanical Garden to breathe in some fresh air. Can't find fresh air here in the city. Everywhere I go here, I'll just get to breathe in carbon monoxide. Umm wow.
Okay wait, the water doesn't seem very clean in this picture. Or maybe it's the colour of the sand below the clean water. Ahh, no one bothers.I took this picture with my DSLR. Cheh-wah. All those DSLR camera owners must be laughing out loud, rubbing their tummies while rolling on the floor now. Cause it wasn't any high-tech DSLR camera which I used lah, only an Olympus which is less than 7 megapixel. But not bad lah right? *I was just joking lah, Ryan Foong. Why did you take it so seriously?*
Don't know what fascinated my mum and I about this bush... Oh, I know why already, the lighter colour leaves look different from other leaves, which made this bush look super unique. Haha.
Some creepy tree which has pretty flowers.
But stinks like crap! I bet your fart is even nicer smell than these flowers. Hahahaha.
Breakfast.
By looking at this photo, it reminds me of the peace I had when I was there. My life now is full of stress and stress and more stress. >.<"!
Char Kuay Teow. Omgoodness. Super delicious. It's from the stall above this picture if I'm not mistaken.
Then we went to search for more food with one of our churchmember. We met up with him, and so he brought us around like a tour guide though we had been there a few times already. Haha.
Char Kuay Teow again. But this is with crabmeat. Look at the huge prawns! *drools*
Loh Mee. Wahlauwei. This is too tempting. *still waiting for sister to bring my food!!*
Rojak. *grabs buckets to fill up saliva*
Lobak. *filling up bucket #5 with saliva*
Breakfast again.
The hotel is quite relaxing lah. :)
Then we went around the Penang Island lah, searched for food, look at historical buildings. Went there to just laze around. That is the life I really really yearn for right now! :'(
Loh Mee again but from another shop.
On the last day, we went to this stall which sells the best cendol ever. Even Phua Chu Kang had been there before. O.O Grandpa was searching all over for this stall and he was quite disappointed when we didn't get to find for that stall. But we could see a smile on his face again when we finally found it. Hahaha!
It was seriously tasty. Ummmm yummmmm. :D After being really satisfied with all the food we had over the 3 days 2 nights stay at Penang. We went home lor. And I remember I went for Sejarah tuition straight away. Semangat giler right.Till now, my ex-Sejarah tuition teacher remembers me as Sarah the one who came all the way from Penang. =.= Because I was a lil late for class, so teacher ask why, and I had to explain that I just got back from
Eh, I've still not taken my lunch yet. JIE JIE!!!!!!! WHERE ARE YOU!!! Okay, I better hunt for food now or else I'll faint. Bye bye! God bless you. <3 *rushes to the kitchen*
