The End Of The World

Nah, just kidding. It's not gonna be the end of the world for me eventhough my results had a Dog in it. I thought my family would be happy for me, but somehow there was a moment when they finally blurted out what they feel about my results.

So disappointed lor. Afterall, I really did my best, and now they blamed me for having a rotten stinking Dog in it. I did speak out that I didn't want to take such a risk of taking Chinese as one of the subject to sit for. For many many times. Okay, whatever it is I just want to let it all out here. Not letting out my poop, but my feelings. Enough of that. What's done is done, like what I said in previous post and like what my cousin said too.

It's just time to move on. Though, I still need more time to lick my wounds here. Still just can't believe it. Why are people so fickle minded? Why can't they just tell people straight in their face of what they think? Why must they beat around the bush?

Ok. Move on. I want to get over this Indonesia trip before the year ends. I can foresee that I'll miss 2008. Wah, I'm a pychic. Ok so the previous post we were already in Solo. Now let's continue.

The next morning, we went to Kraton, Jogjakarta. Wait, why are we in Jogjakarta again? I seriously gotta get my places right. Omgoodness. I know you will forget about the places I've been to also, so it doesn't matter if you know it or not either. :) So just move on. Heh.

Kraton is a place where the King used to live. Hence, you'll see all the ancient gifts and also ancient gifts which were gifted from other countries. :)

We weren't allowed to walk in with slippers, but could walk in with shoes. So those who wore slippers were required to take off their slippers and walk barefooted.

And a tour guide lead us around.

Apparently, the sand there was brought from the sea or something. And it sparkles when the sun shines down. Hence, it'll look like bits of diamonds on the ground. :)

The sand is so special that after walking it, and when you feel like washing it off your feet, you just have to sweep the sand off your feet, and tadaaa! It's clean! Haha.

The three had to wear those batik skirts because their shorts were too short, apparently. But I got to run away from wearing one of the skirts because the length of my shorts is acceptable. Hehe.

The two who gets on my nerves easily and cools me down only when they have the mood to do so.

So, look at that behind us, there you go, a Roman empire sculpture (one of the gifts to the King).

Next, our tour guide brought us to some Musuem. All those stuffs which the Royalties used before.

Oci and I in a tandu I think. It's only for girls who aren't married yet. :)

This is how the Javanese Indonesians dress up for their wedding.

The suitcase for the king's clothes. So big lor.

Huge umbrella. I wouldn't want to carry that around. Looks so heavy! Can even squash me flat.

I was the camera woman on that day. Hehehe. I want to sit in a carriage one day too. :)

Keris.

Accessories.

We've got board games, they've got traditional games!

This game involves the crickets fighting againts each other.

A congkak but they call it dakon.

My lunch. Bakso again.

I'm seriously out of words. >.<

Then after that, we went to a mall to spend our time. We came across this Christian music store which sells really cheap and original CDs. It's good because not only it's cheap, the quality is super good too. Only 60,000 rupiahs.

Then came dinner time, kakak recommended Nasi Gudeg. So everyone ordered that. Haha. It's tasty. :)

Sate Sapi. (beef satay)

Tired faces. Oh my, I should really eat more. >.<

The hotel we stayed in for the two nights.

AT LAST! THE LAST DAY.

While waiting for our ride to come and send us to the airport. So sad lor. That means separating from Kakak already. So we cherished the moments we had together. :'( *blows nose on a tissue* By taking photos.

The really really adorable child who loves God a lot! :) Mella Rose!

Saya rindu kamu, kakak! :'( *blows nose on tissue again*

Last picture with both of them. Sigh.

Two families together. :)

Oh check out this video if you still don't know what bakso is. I forgotten which day was this video taken on. Haha.
